Preparation:
1 Bag of Zippy’s Pancake Mix (16oz)
2 Cups Cold Water (16 oz)
1. Empty the contents of the entire bag of powdered mix into a mixing bowl.
2. Measure out 2 cups of cold water and combine with the powdered mix.
3. With a wire whisk, mix both ingredients until blended. Do not overmix.
4. In a skillet or flat pan over medium heat, carefully pour the batter out till the diameter is about 3½ inches.
5. Cook till golden brown, about 1½ minutes on both sides.
